Reimagine Tomorrow: Alleged Leaked Disney Documents Reveal Divisive Racial Policies?

(Editor’s note: We debated long and hard about posting this information as we’ve been waiting on verification from more sources. However, Reimagine Tomorrow has been mentioned in multiple Disney documents and an alleged Disney produced PDF containing many of the slides that have been discussed can be found here. If information comes to light that shows these are not Disney documents, we will run a correction/retraction.)

I’ve written many articles over the past year. We’ve revealed quite a few things to the public, some of which were major news. None has shaken me like the article you’re about to read. While we aren’t independently verifying these documents at this time, we can only report on what’s being released to the public via other sites.

The Full Trove of “Leaked” Documents

The program at Disney you’re about to discover is called “Reimagine Tomorrow.”

According to whistleblower Christopher F. Rufo, The Walt Disney Company is engaging with critical race theory to the point that they are allegedly telling employees they should “reject equality.” According to the whistleblower, Disney’s internal propaganda includes “that white employees “defund the police,” “participate in reparations,” “decolonize your bookshelf,” “don’t gentrify neighborhoods,” “find and join a local ‘white space,’” and “donate to anti-white supremacy work such as your local Black Lives Matter Chapter.” The second article encourages parents to commit to “raising race-consciousness in children” and argues that “even babies discriminate” against members of other races.”

Disney is allegedly dividing employees into race based groups. The groups are “Hola” (Latino or Hispanic), “Wakanda” (African descent), and “Compass” (Asian) segregated groups. Just as a side note, we fought very hard in the United States to get rid of segregation.

Christopher F. Rufo reports that a conservative and/or Christian employee of Disney had the following to say about the rapidly-changing company:

“I attended several [training sessions] at the beginning just to see what the temperature of the discussion would be and to gauge if I would be able to bring up my own objections in a safe way—safe meaning for my career. And I’ve continually gotten the unspoken answer: ‘no. It’s been very stifling to feel like everyone keeps talking about having open dialogue and compassionate conversations, but when it comes down to it, I know if I said one thing that was truthful, based on data, or even just based on my own personal experience, it would actually be rather unwelcomed.”

Included in Disney’s alleged documents for employee training are references to the 1619 Project, “Dying of Whiteness” by Johnathan Metzel, and suggested nonfiction books about anti-racism for children.

Disney has also allegedly formed a 21 Day Racial Equity and Social Justice Challenge for its employees. While the vast, vast majority of Americans are against racism, to the point that being called a “racist” is one of the most derogatory names possible, very few people would likely agree with Disney’s radical positions. And remember, this is the same Disney that thanked communist governments in China which enslave, imprison, and commit genocide.

Some of the attributes which Disney claims in the training are part of “white supremacy” are individualism, competition, timeliness, and comprehensiveness. Participants in the training are also allegedly asked to complete a “white privilege checklist”… and we assume it’s only “white” people that have to do so. If you can possibly imagine the depravity of what you’re about to read, just know that one of the “proofs” that a person has “white privilege” is if they check a box that reads “I have never been raped”.

That’s The Walt Disney Company of 2021.

Finally, according to Mr. Rufo, The Walt Disney Company’s official position is now “that America was founded on “systemic racism.” He makes that claim based on internal documents he is said to have.

We’ll cover this more as more information comes out. In the meantime, read The Wokest Place on Earth by Christopher Rufo.

If Disney comes out and disavows these documents, or makes a clarifying statement, you’d better believe we’ll cover it. Please leave your comments below, and remember to be kind, courteous, and honest in what you say. Best regards, and thank you for reading.
